Hutches Boarding Booking Conditions:

1. All pets who are boarded at HB will receive every care and attention, they are boarded at owners own risk.
2. I agree HB or Joanne Lockley are not held responsible for liability of illness, escape or death.
3. HB or Joanne Lockley has the right to take my pet to their vets in Blairgowrie and act on their advice.
4. In the event the vet advice is euthanasia or other medical treatment Joanne Lockley & HB has full approval to act on my behalf.
5. I agree to meet all of the vet & medical charges incurred by Joanne Lockley or HB on my return.
6. I must present my rabbits MYXO-RHD vaccination card on every occassion of holiday boarding.
7. My rabbit has a valid MYXO-RHD vaccination that was given at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.
8. I agree to take my carrier back with me unless Joanne & HB advises me to leave it at HB.
9. HB has a policy of 2 standard size rabbits of the same family per hutch.
10. I agree priority of the larger 6ft hutches should be given to 2 standard size rabbits of the same family.
11. HB has a policy of a maximum of 4 guinea pigs of the same family per hutch.
12. I agree priority of the 5ft hutches should be given to 4 guinea pigs of the same family.
13. I agree Joanne & HB will arrange the most suitable hutch to match my pets needs on arrival at HB.
14. I agree to pay a cash or cheque payable to Joanne Lockley on drop off if this is my pets 1st stay at HB
15. I agree if my pet has holiday boarded before to pay cash or cheque payable to Joanne Lockley on either drop off or collection.
16. I agree I will not remove my pet until full boarding & vet fees have been paid, even in the event of my pet passing away while boarding.
17. I agree Joanne Lockley & Hutches Boarding can send my pet to a re-homing centre if I fail to collect my pet 8 days after the collection date.
18. I agree to tell Joanne Lockley & Hutches Boarding on drop off my preferred RIP wishes.
